【TIG WELDED CONSTRUCTION】- Every seam is masterfully TIG welded in an oxygen-free environment to prevent contamination and inclusions. The maple syrup boiling pan is designed with welded, sealed and hemmed top edges for all 4 corners. The dividers are formed into the pan for better reinforcement.
【EFFECTIVE WATER TANK】- The water tank design increases efficiency and ease-of-use by allowing the user to keep a trickle of raw sap flowing into the main boiling pan at all time.
【VALVE & THERMOMETER】- The stainless steel square pan is furnished with two stainless steel 3/4-inch valves for you to throttle to control the flow entering the main pan; The dial thermometer facilitates the easy observation of the temperature.

Thickened Material

The sap evaporator adopts thickened stainless steel material, with a thickness of 0.06" (1.5mm). The dividers are formed into this pan for better reinforcement.
Efficient Water Tank

The slow steady flow of raw sap will prevent the main pan from being overwhelmed with too much sap at once. The steam from the main pan also helps warm the raw sap inside the water tank before it is introduced to the main pan.

3/4-Inch Valves & Thermometer

It is equipped with two 3/4-inch food-grade stainless steel throttle valves to control the flow entering the main pan; The dial thermometer helps better control of the temperature.
